Yea we’ll it is not manual though,

The tank reservoir is identical only the actual master cylinder I suspect may be different to make up for the clutch cable

But if the tank is incompatible then I will just tap and thread a new hole and rig some connector to connect everything

I say no without even seeing it. It SHOULD have a separate area for "Front" brakes, "Rear" brakes and one for the clutch? That outlet if so with hose better not share with real brakes. If it does somehow I'm disappointed at the idea of it but wouldn't be the first time.

By rights you should want new grommets if you could.
BACK to checking parts (NEW ONES) if you think you could use just a master at the risk of being wrong do that.
Whatever you do you seriously want to be convinced you are NOT messing up brakes it's bad enough with the clutch only if seriously clever with standards in open areas you can drive without a clutch disengaging NOT recommended except to get out of the way of other traffic if it was all of a sudden, Tom

Chat now: That's actually a little way for me but good for you near Rhode Island there are lots more parts for some reason? I've all but lost the "pick your own" places one still out by Auburn (other side of Worcester) yet to check that out.
Mass. law (sometimes who cares) Commonwealth/state NO USED BRAKE PARTS OR EMISSION PARTS SOLD OFF WRECKS, JUNKS ETC.! Fools forget NH, CT, RI, VT and NY all abut this joint all different from one another.
Already said whatever you do really try to make it right. Drivers here s*ck by DNA I think don't add to it and plow into someone for something stupid like it cost more.
If this ends up just bleeding issues send it out just for that. I don't happen to know a shop quite that far isn't far sure is with traffic now on 495 hoy crap I remember that going in, in 1964!
Do it right, do in once is a great policy. I will think of you if in that area it's on the way to RI for an older Jeep place I use for parts!
