Glad to see you finally got it worked out......Thx for letting us know the what the problem was...... If this was for everything including diag'ing the orginal problem then it sounds very reasonable.

Yes, that is everything, towing, diagnosing, labor, parts, tax all of that good stuff and like i said, the mechanic (who is not a friend or anything) too his own time to drive out to my house and pick up the old part to try it before just having me buy a whole new one, so looks like i'll be back on the road in a day or two. i guess a good thing for everyone to remember would be to CHECK YOUR WIRES after removing or installing something. this fact could've saved me about 6 weeks of time and $735 in total. Thanks again for everyones help and suggestions. :)
