1996 Ford Thnderbird won't start in the cold Sign In

Had to ask the experts again. I have a 1996 Ford Thunderbird, 3.8l, 190,000 miles that will not start in the cold (32 degrees or less). Turns over but will not start until temps reach 45+. Have good spark but not quite sure how to check fuel system. Help would be appreciated.

You need to use a fuel pressure gauge to read the fuel pressure and use a scan tool to look at the temp readings for both ECT and IAT before the car is started and see if the temps match.
