You need to put a fuel pressure gauge on this and stop guessing about the fuel pressure.

I don't know. You have been asked for the engine size 3 times and still haven't posted it. You're just wasting a whole bunch of peoples time here running in circles..

That's all we asked for. the previous diagram was for the 2.0 so here is the new diagram.

Here is a picture of the PCM plug. "3T" is the fuel pump control wire.

Here are the specs. The rapid leakdown is a symptom of a bad regulator.

FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURES
Hold More than 21 psi (150 kPa)
Line 39 - 45 psi (270 - 310 kPa)
Maximum 64 - 92 psi (450 - 630 kPa)
FUEL PUMP PRESSURES
Hold More than 50 psi (340 kPa)
Maximum 72 - 92 psi (500 - 630 kPa)
PRESSURE REGULATOR LINE PRESSURES
With Vacuum 30 - 36 psi (210 - 250 kPa)
W/O Vacuum 39 - 45 psi (270 - 310 kPa)
