1999 Honda Accord V-6. When you start it up, the Idle sticks at full throttle. Its been sitting up for several weeks, I started it about a week ago with no problem. What could cause this and how do you fix it? The car has about 45,000 miles on it and usually runs fine.

First off - don't let it do that no matter what the cause.

Next: Check the cable at the throttle body and see if it returns all the way. If that cable is frayed or sticky a new one is clearly indicated. T
