What do you mean by "the self works ok". Do you mean the starter turns and the engine doesn't fire or do you mean the engine doesn't turn over when you try to start it?

All "crank, no start" conditions are approached in the same way. Every engine requires certain functions to be able to run. Some of these functions rely on specific components to work and some components are part of more than one function so it is important to see the whole picture to be able to conclude anything about what may have failed. Also, these functions can ONLY be tested during the failure. Any other time and they will simply test good because the problem isn't present at the moment. If you approach this in any other way, you are merely guessing and that only serves to replace unnecessary parts and wastes money. Every engine requires spark, fuel and compression to run. That's what we have to look for. These are the basics that need to be tested and will give us the info required to isolate a cause. 1) Test for spark at the plug end of the wire using a spark tester. If none found, check for power supply on the + terminal of the coil with the key on. 2) Test for injector pulse using a small bulb called a noid light. If none found, check for power supply at one side of the injector with the key on. 3) Use a fuel pressure gauge to test for correct fuel pressure, also noticing if the pressure holds when key is shut off. 4) If all of these things check good, then you would need to do a complete compression test. Once you have determined which of these functions has dropped out, you will know which system is having the problem. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

1) Test for spark at the plug end of the wire using a spark tester. If none found, check for power supply on the + terminal of the coil with the key on. > Tested, In the (+) no voltage 2) Test for injector pulse using a small bulb called a noid light. If none found, check for power supply at one side of the injector with the key on. > no power in the Noid light 3) Use a fuel pressure gauge to test for correct fuel pressure, also noticing if the pressure holds when key is shut off. > No Fel pressure 4) If all of these things check good, then you would need to do a complete compression test. I dont know how to do the compression test But i have tested that the ECU is not getting power.

Sounds like an issue with the main relay. I tried to look up a location for you but i don't find that car/engine combination so it may not be US sold.

And it is a web program . if you like i can send you the wiring diagram. I just want to know where the problem is. Regards Tawhid

Can you post the images for the schematics of the PGM relay? If you have a EOBD code reader can you retrieve codes from the ECU? The will tell you if the ECU is alive and communicating. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

You can't. You would have to upload an image at an image hosting site and link it here.

Can't really see your diagrams too well when zoomed. It appears the 06 Civic 1.8L sold here in the states has the same wiring schematics as your 1.6L Does the check engine light come on when you turn the ignition to on? If you have an EOBD code reader, check for trouble codes. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Find the PGM 1 relay. Put your finger on the top of it and turn the ignition on. Do you feel or hear the relay click? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Dear Friends, I am back. You had advised to do the test as attached picture. I have done this test. That relay terminal has to connections from the battery positive (+) terminal. I have checked with the multimeter, both terminal has 12V.Ignition switch on or off does not have any change all the time 12V. The another terminal which is from ECM/PCM, and work as ECM/PCM ground. I have tested with a test bulb. and with battery positive terminal. bulb does not light on, no matter igniton sw on or off. For your better understanding please see my dash board status, when ignition sw is on. Regards Tawhid
