1991 G60 van run problem

1991 Chev G60 van , 5l7, 96,500 miles. Engine starts and runs 15 seconds and dies. Turn key off and on and starts and runs 15 sec repeatedly. If turn of motor while running it will restart. If try to restart immediately after it dies it will not start. Changed plugs cap rotor module and fuel relay.

Basics - what is missing WHEN it doesn't start? Fuel and fuel delivery or no spark? Take fuel pressure if priming works at this moment fuel pressure or injectors not enabled, T

1) vehicle is STOCK - 2) no remote starter? 3)Is there a problem with oil pressue gauge? 4) any evidence of over fueling- gas in oil, injectors spraying with engine OFF? Sounds like a fuel pump CIRCUIT problem the relay loosing power - how are you with a test light or DVOM? answer 1,2,3,4 and we can go on with testing.

take a rubber hammer and hit the bottom of the fuel tank some times this will free the fuel pump, "but not a fix" the pump will still need to be replaced fuel filter as well
