Can you explain a little better what you’re doing; as in did the 89 originally have power locks or are you trying to get the locks in the 94 doors to work in a truck that never had power locks?
Do you want to know how and 89 two door is wired or how a 94 four door is/was?
You’ll also have to wait until Monday for me to help because I’m at home now and don’t have access to my diagrams.
If you still need this info post back on Monday to remind me.
Dan.

My truck the 89 originally had power locks, but previous owner screwed with the wiring. Now I'm trying to wire up the 94 doors to the 89 wiring in the truck. The 89 has 10 wires but the 94 has 5. I'll post back on Monday.

Like Dan I not sure what your are up to. You can test the lock with alligator clips and a 9V battery. They are motors that convert to push and pull for locks. They work on reverse polarity as to wheather they push or pull. NOT rocket science but we're here to help. T
