1996 Dodge Dakota 3.9L engine 200,000 miles. Instrument cluster lights (behind the steering wheel) are out. Turn indicator lights work, as well as the rest of the dash lights. Happened before, and removed cluster and resoldered connections on the barrel plugs. They have been working fine for over a year, now they went out again. Is there a fusible link somewhere for the cluster?
