The other one came out real smooth but there must be a trick to getting the engine side out seems to stuck or trapped.. One of them needs a special tool to get it off. You can get it at Checker Auto Parts. You just put the tool around the fuel filter and push it into the line connection. This pushes up the clip ears inside the connection and allows you to pull apart the connection.
