1997 C1500 Fuel Problem Sign In

I have a 1997 C1500 V6 4.3L I get the codes P0171 and P0174, replaced two fron O2 sensors, fuel pump harness, air filter, fuel pump relay. After a while my truck stalls and after an hour later truck starts with no problems. WHat would my problem be? Many have said is the fuel pump, when it gets to hot it shots off.

Those codes mean bank1 and bank2 are running lean.
What is your fuel pressure?
Check for vacuum leaks.
Could be a bad intake gasket.
