I May Get A Cat Today!

I've had cats before and none now. Off to the local adoption place in a couple hours and may come home with a kitty! I have to hurry to get a cat box some food and supplies as I gave them all away about five years ago when I lost my two very sick and old cats back then. So if any of my posts start showing really erratic spelling etc., it's because my kitty is on the keyboard T

Congrats Tom, We Actually went to visit a friend in the hospital and my brother heard a cat cry in the parking lot. It turns out there was a kitten up between the front two tires, of a toyota crying. After about two hours trying to get her to come down, all it took was a quick trip to 7-11 for some cat food got her to come out. We now have her and she is doing well. Good luck.

I grew up with tons of varios animals. The cats and dogs were almost all strays that just showed up. We had a few horses, couple pigs, sheep, and a couple goats - it was interesting to say the least and lots more critters. I had 12 laying hens and sold their eggs - not like a store - eggs were all different sizes but no one minded getting day old eggs! AND WITH ALL THIS I BECAME A MECHANIC!!!! FUNNY - I was a secretary for a year as I did know how to type. Spell check was a dictionary! Imagine THAT! Hey, Thanks for the opportunity to be here. This is my favorite thing to do and works better than my blood pressure meds and I know this is for all to see but my health is failing and I want desperately to share my experience with others and it's working. So far I' very proud that a lot of folks have been helped. Things seem to be going well and the format is excellent. Best always, Tom

Good luck with the cat. My hubby and I have 2 presently, as the third took the liberty of just leaving after the man and the boy had a huge donnybrook. Add carpet cleaner and shop towels to your list of must-haves. Cats yark everywhere. Kathy from Colorado

The kitty has been great! She promptly disappeared for two days inside my home as she had never seen outdoors or a man except for annual check ups at the vet's. Once she got used to this being her home she has been very content. She has never yarked and is faithful with her cat box which works for me T
