If I had to guess...... I would say bandwidth........ Big pictures love to eat it up....

B; I don't understand the 'size' of the pic. Most of the pics I take are at 3 megapixel. Many, are from actual photos that I've scanned and uploaded. Remember, now, that you are dealing with a dinosaur. Loren SW Washington

3MB is a really big file and way too big to be uploading. The first thing you can do is save them into a different format. They are probably BMP now and nee to be saved in JPG or GIF for smaller file size. There are numerous programs out there that you can do that and resize them also.
