Valve Help Sign In

I am needing to replace the intake valves on my D15A2, and want to know if I absolutely need to replace the stem seals?

timing belt snapped? Valve seals are cheap. Pulling the head back off because it smokes on take off isn't cheap.

Re: Valve Help Sign In

They come with the head gasket set anyway and the machine shop will install them when they replace the valves.
