Sign In Hi Guys i'm new here and I have a friend that is wondering if making a new bill of sale on a car he just bought would be something he'd get in trouble for, or something that would fall under the radar. He got a car for 11,500 and the seller wrote it for that price. He wants to write it for lower, but the bank has a copy.
