Hello, I just bought a 2005 xg350 and I was wondering while looking at putting a remote starter on it, . How do I find out whether I need to also purchase a bypass module as well or if I don't need it ?! Everywhere says "(does not include bypass module)" and so that would be like an other 100$+ on top of the system I'm wanting to get (Evo all + Evo start2 which works with a cell phone app without subscription, already looking at over 300$ for the 2 parts and wondering if I'd need even more $$$ to get what I would like to have on it. Thanks for any and all help and have a wonderful day! John

That's something you need t discuss with the starter supplier. The bypass unit is for bypassing the factory immobilizer system. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
