Different size rims on front and rear Sign In

I have a 2001 Ford Mustang GT. I am looking at putting 245/45/17 tires on my 17x9 front rims and 275/35/18 tires on my 18x9 rear rims. I was told that this will cause under steer, bump steer, issues with my ABS and traction control and my speedometer will be off. But I have also been told that it won't. So which is it? I have a tuner in the car that should be able to take care of speedo issues and the car is lowered about an inch or so. Not sure if any of the extra stuff helps or not.
