ABS light came on

The <ABS light> appeared on my 04 Ford Ranger. What could be the cause? This Ranger only has 32k miles. Thx.

Probably a fault for a wheel sensor. You need to have the ABS codes read and post them back here. You will need to go to a shop that has a scanner that can read the ABS system. Most parts chain stores will read the engine codes, but they do not read the ABS system.
