Hi I'm new here I have a 1991 ford ranger 2 will drive with a 5 speed tranny and a 3.0 motor.I was moving a bout 3 year's ago and I though the clutch went out I was driving on the freeway when my pick-up stop pulling I can't remember if it made any nose or not. So I towed it to my new house and never got around to fixing it. So the other day a friend bought it and we put a new clutch and presser plate and slave cylinder in it and now and we blade the clutch and it work's just.But it will not go it any gear but fourth. When you put it in first gear it feel's like it went in but when you let the clutch out it just grinds . thank you for the help.

You likely either have a bad Clutch master cylinder or don't have it bled out completely.
