i just bought a used 02 honda accord ex. everything seems to be fine, except the gear kind of jerks (only sometimes) from the 1st to 2nd and/or 2nd to 3rd. also when engine is running and car is stationary the car jerks when u shift the gear from park to reverse and then all the way down to 2 (very noticable jerk).

i read some articles online, so i think its a transmission problem. also i got the car checked (honda dealership 40 pt inspection) and the transmission fluid seems to be fine.

any suggestions.

Have the computer scanned for trouble codes...

Have the engine and transaxle mounts checked as well.
