pt cruiser clutch problem

2006 pt cruiser 2.5l I-4 5 sp man. trans, 60,000mi recently started having problem with clutch not releasing completly when engine is at normal operating temp for about an hour. When engine is cold, everything works fine. When warm, it is hard to shift all gears and car will creep forward with clutch pedal pushed all the way to the floor. Is this a hydraulic system? If so , where is the master cylinder?
