I have a 1995 nissan pathfinder and it a manual and im getting a noise/grind in 2nd and 3rd gear whats wrong or could be wrong

If it's shifting OK from a dead stop, then it sounds like the synchrs are worn out in the transmission and it's time to rebuild it.

It has 182000 and it runs and shifts great

Obviously it doesn't shift great because it is grinding going into gear.

Doesn't grind going in gear grind under acceleration

That's bearing and gear noise. Different component, same conclusion.
