Where is TCC solenoid on 2002 Saturn

This 2002 Saturn, 1.9 L 4 Cyl with 113,000 miles has shown trouble code 0740 - Torque Converter Clutch solenoid CKT problem or solenoid stuck off. It was suggested to me that "some" have cleared this problem by changing fluid and filter.
Did that and cleared the code, drove the car 60+ miles. Shifts up and down smoothly but the code came back. Re-set and drove more miles and the code came back.
Where is the TCC solenoid, and are there any other suggestions as to how to fix this problem?
