I did a SBC swap into a 83 oldsmobile cutlass supreme with the 3.8 V6. My ? is did the V-6 model of this car run a TH 350? After I pulled the tranny I didnt expect to see a TH 350 behind the V-6 but the pan is Identical to the 350 with 13 bolts and It looks like a 350 but could it be a TH 250?? How do I find out for sure what it is?? Because If it is a 350 I want to use it in my s-10 Or sell it.

V8; Not much help, here. The TH250 and 350 had identical pans. Might want to contact a local trans. shop? They might be able to identify it another way? I'd be surprised if they put a 350 behind a V6, but you never know with GM.
