LS. with a 4L60E auto/transmission. Now, I want to remove the pan and replace the filter and gasket. BUT, that darn linkage "thingy" is in the way. Will it come apart at the bracket? if It don't I can't get to the bolt under it.......darn. Oh yea, I'm replacing the valve cover gasket and the oil pan gasket, the whole motor is seeping oil. I spent most of the day today cleaning 10 years of grease and crud off the lower front end............
