NO REVERSE 2010 JEEP WRANGLER	Sign In

My 2010 Jeep Wrangler automatic will not reverse it goes into the other gears just fine but when I put it into reverse it does not move it just revs up like its in neutral? I checked the trans fluid and its alright ? Can anyone help me please?

It's going to be a problem inside the transmission because reverse is all mechanical. Is this still under factory warranty?

Im pretty sure the factory warrenty ran out 8k ago im sure it was 60000km and mine is over but still inder 70000 =(

Your going to have to get it into a transmission shop. They can test the low/reverse clutch and reverse clutch pressures at the taps on the transmission with a pressure gauge to see if the clutches are getting fluid pressure when the manual valve is in the reverse position.
