I have a brand new 2011 jeep wrangler sport. 3.8L 6speed, was out on the trails and found myself into some mud and now my clutch seems to be permanently engaged, with the jeep off i can go through the gears no problem and while started when i press the clutch in for a second it whines and goes away but when i put it into gear the noise comes back and stays. am hoping its just air in the line because the res was below the min and there was a small wet spot where the hydraulic boot meets the bell housing.. any ideas? i live in a small town and the dealershp is trying to put all blame on me...

Sounds like your slave cylinder or line going to it let go.

Nope, too late for that. Something has to be damaged to get air in.

It's still under warranty. Take it back to them.

Re: Jeep Problems Sign In

If you do that, I would pressure wash any evidence off the bottom first although the first dealer may have already documented the visit in the nationwide system.
