Intermittent issues with Saturn Outlook Sign In

I know that intermittent issues are sometimes hard to diagnose, but here it goes

I have a 2008 Saturn Outlook
3.6liter V6
67k miles.

We originally had a transmission failure at 22k miles and the transmission was rebuilt by Saturn.

On a recent Over the Road Trip (24hrs) I noticed that at interstate speeds (70mph +) that when the transmission would upshift into 6th gear (after going up a hill) that the rpms would intermittently jump about 600-800 rpms before going into 6th gear. This did not happen every time, but enough to bring it to my attention.

Also, I have noticed intermittent sluggishness when accelerating. It occasionally seems like it doesn't want to downshift when going up a hill. It seems like I have to give it a LOT of gas pedal before it decides to downshift. Again this does not happen every time.

Any recommendations?
