Sign In I have a 1992 Honda Accord LX 2.2 liter. The trans seems to slip to me in 4th gear. The RPM goes up when climbing hills at posted speeds. What must I do to fix this? The fluid is full & looks brand new, it is not down Shifting. Is it in a senser or computer setting? By the time RPMs go up and you don 't go faster (slipping) it about always means you'll need an overhaul.
