2008 Odyssey makes slight grinding sound between 2000 and 2500 rpm. Happens in all gears, not in nuetral. Has 115k miles, fluid changed around 90k. All scheduled maint completed. Shifts smooth.

Noises are near impossible to diagnose without actually being there to hear them. Have you had a mechanic take a ride with you to see what their opinion is?
