Help please! camero not shifting an any gear

I have a 95 Camero 5 speed and was driving on the freeway got off at the exit and once we came to the light the car would not go into any gears. the car was on and the clutch was in but it would not shift. What could be the problem.

You probably have a problem with the hydraulic clutch system, most likely a leak at either the clutch master or slave cylinder and now it has drawn air into the system. You will have to locate the leaking component and replace it, then bleed the system.

We just bought this vehicle last week, the guy had it parked for a while he said that he changed the fuild every 30000 mi but he has not reached the 30000mi in the last 7years. Do you think it still needs a flush.

Who said anything about flushing. I explained what your problem was.
Nobody flushes clutch fluid.
