Cost of clutch replacement Saturn 2001 SL1

how much can I expect to pay for a replacement of the clutch with flywheel on my Saturn 2001 SL1
I have looked up the parts on three seperate websites all saying about $180-200
My mechanic is saying it's a labor intensive process because you need to take a major part of the car apart.

Of course. The transmission has to be removed. It's nearly 8 hours flat rate.
