94 Isuzu Trooper, just put a new clutch in and now can't get the air out of lines. I've had the master cylinder off and checked it out, it works fine. Did the same with the slave cylinder and it works good as well. Even went as far as pulling the damper off and checking it. Hooked everything together out of the truck, the fluid goes where it's supposed to. Once everything is re-installed on the truck the fluid never leaves the master cylinder. And yes, I bench bleed the master before putting it back in the truck.
I am at a loss as to way this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Those are pretty straight forward. It's possible you just have a bad master cylinder. With the master hooked up, take the line off & have someone pump the pedal. If everything is hooked up correctly you should get fluid out of the master. If not, there really isn't too much else that could be wrong.
As long as the rod is hooked to the pedal & depressing the piston when pumped (there's travel) and the firewall isn't flexing wildly there is nothing else that could be wrong.
