99 grand cherokee transmission

I have 99 grand cherokee with 84000 miles that the trans started slipping last night. It shifts fine when starting out but after reaching the the speed of say 30 to 35 mph the engine races up like you took it out of gear.
The fluids are fine and I have always had it serviced. I think it is more electrial or vaccum related. After about 10 miles it worked fine.

A scan tool that can access transmission codes and data can help with this. Chrysler transmissions are pretty good at showing the problems if thats the system at fault on the scanner. Find out what, if any transmission codes are coming up.
