car will not shift past 2nd gear.CK eng light is on had someone look at it he sad knock sen. is the problem?. he sad he cant tell if it is the converter or the gas pump.there is no way for him to ck the gas psi. but he cant rule out the trainee. the eng does knock when it should shift into 3rd.and it eng seams to run ok. feels like some is holding car back.1999 4 by 4 rx 300 lexus.will to much flued in trainee stop it from going into 3rd it does not do it all the time.
