95 tahoe wont move in reverse

heres one......wont move in reverse, unless you turn the ignition off, put it in neutral it will move like its in drive, even in reverse you cant push it...feels like its in park. No trouble light on, no funny noises, clean trans fluid. I want to know if a filter problem would cause this or a shift solenoid could be stuck open...I don't know if the neutral safety switch could have this effect. If anybody ever had this problem please let me know, thank you.

Eeeks! A linkage issue?? Did someone force the shifter in this if maybe the park lock got stuck?
