2006 Mustang GT un-smooth manual shifting

Hello everyone!
My car is a manual 2006 Ford Mustang GT (4.6L v8). It has done about 15,000 miles until now. About a month ago, I noticed that it's becoming a little bit harder to shift from 1st to 2nd gear (not as smooth as before). Recently, shifting from 1st to 2nd gear is becoming seriously not smooth, but it gets smoother after the car gets warmer (after driving the the highway). I'v checked the transmission fluid level, which was low, and added some fluid. After adjusting the transmission fluid, the shifter became a little bit smoother but still doesn't feel alright.
When I bought the car about 2 months ago it had no problems at all. At that time I wasn't very good at driving a manual car, so I had some seriously jerky launches at the beginning, but I got this problem handled as fast as I could. I don't know if this has anything to do with the transmission problems that I'm facing right now.

Just what fluid did you add where? Two months ago you said you didn't really know how to drive a "manual" transmission and now adding fluid or "adjusting it" ? Can you explain that more?

I took the car to the nearest Ford agency and they said that the fluid level was low, so they added some transmission fluid.

OK: Two things to check:
1. Why was it low? There should be evidence of a leak as it shouldn't consume it.
2. Likely this clutch uses a "hydraulic" linkage with a small master cylinder. If so, about all would use DOT brake fluid and be marked so. If that was very low it would cause shifting problems. IF YOU DO THAT MAKE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN YOU ARE ADDING THE CORRECT FLUID TO THE CORRECT ITEM! If not sure, get help. Most will show a high and low range on the master cylinder for the clutch if hydraulic linkage. May be nearby a larger one for brakes.
That could cause shifting issues but would need to be quite low and checked for leaks as well if found low. It may not use that type linkage for clutch but I think it does,

yep, I think I'm goin to check the clutch/break fluid. I'll keep an eye on the car to see if there is a leakage in the future.

like Tom was saying, you cant just throw fluids at it.
correct me if im wrong....but if your hydraulic clutch is low enough on fluid to affect the disengagement of the clutch. it would be hard to shift in/out of all the gears not just the 1/2 shift??????
sounds more like a synchro problem for 1st/2nd gear. your manual trans was probably low on gear oil and adding it just sort of masked the problem.
