I have 2003 nissan sentra gxe sometime it dosn't shift 1 to 2nd gear.then i turn off engine take out key and start again it start working,i went to mechnic its service engine light was on they found code p720 they replaced speeding sensor,the next day when i was driving happened again service engine light start flashing .it mostly happen in when on red light or stop and go traffic ,i been driving like that almost 1 1/2 year ,i am sure its not speeding sensor.please any one tell how i can fix ,how much cost would be.

If the engine light is flashing while you're driving down the road it means the PCM detects a misfire. You may want to start with checking plugs, coils, and injectors.
