2003 T&C clunking when slowing down 4 to 3 shift

Town & Country clunking when slowing down to stop. Seems like it happens on the 4 to 3 shift. Only does it when just after speed drops below 30 mph.
could this be a fault in the tranny computer? Or is the tranny itself starting to go? Hoping that maybe a quick learn to the computer would fix this. If anyone has been through this, please let me know so I don't get ripped off.

check your fluid level it may be low. Also check condition blackish, fine filings (seen when held to light source), burnt/strong smelling.

I checked the fluid. All is good. Not black or burnt, smells fresh, no metal shavings, and level is good.

Would be a little hard to diag from that point on you will need a scanner and to go on a test drive and see if there are any stored codes. Could be TCC solenoid sticking, shift solenoid or clutch starting to go with scanner determine whether its something as simple as solenoid or clutch slipping.
