2003 Denali Issues

2003 Denali hesitates when driving. I have to let off the gas to let it change gears. 2 days ago it would not move at all but after a few minutes....could it be the shift solenoid? how expensive am i looking at to fix..the shift solenoid, tranny fluid, tranny filter?

when was the last time this tranny was serviced? How many miles are on it?
