The Clutch, Pressure Plate, throw out bearing and sensor under the clutch pedal were replaced. The vehicle will not start at all now.

Previously, the clutch had to be stomped to disengage the clutch. When it would shift the travel time of the pedal to engage indicated it needed a new clutch.

Upon replacement and finding the vehicle would not start, We tested whether the transmission was actually disengaging when the pedal was depressed. We found that when the pedal was not depressed the "Flywheel" would not turn. When the pedal is depressed it will turn.

I am thinking this is probably some sensor that we are not aware of. Is it possible that if the fluid in the transmission is too low it will not allow it to start?

What type of fluid should be used? If there is more than one type of fluid that can be used and we use the other type that can be used, will mixing the 2 cause an issue?

Would replacing the sensor under the pedal but not the push rod that enters it cause a problem?

Be patient with me. I will try and answer all as quickly and accurately as possible but I am too old to get out there and get under this thing myself. I have a couple of 20 year old kids trying to do this work so it may take a day or 2 to try things suggested or answer questions.

JShrum; This has a floor shift, correct? Have them pull the shifter lever back out of the transmission. It may have been installed incorrectly and the transmission stuck between two gears. The 'switch' on the clutch pedal is just an 'on/off' switch so that the starter won't engage unless the clutch is depressed. If the starter works with the pedal depressed, the switch is okay.
