2002 Saturn blown PCM-B fuse

I helped a lady stalled in her office parking lot yesterday. Don't know a lot about the car - mileage and all that but I think it's a 2.2 L. It had a blown PCM-B 10 amp mini fuse. The fuse was a pink/orange color rather that the standard apple red 10 amp, so I assume it's been replaced before. She could not confirm that but it was different from all the other 10 amp fuses in the box.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram that might show in what line that fuse protects and what might have blown it for the 2nd time?
