Hello. Ok, another one of my fine automobiles is having a problem. 2001 Olds Intrigue. 117k, 3.5l. Transmission is slipping when making a left turn while accelerating. I changed the fluid/filter just hopeing. Any idea why it would only do this when making a left turn? I'm sure it's the beginning of the end, but I hope not.

Did they change the fluid using a flush machine or did they drop the pan and replace the screen?

Well... The problem is now solved. Ready for a good laugh. I was letting my brother in law borrow and drive this car and he is the one that changed the fluid and filter. Turns out he lost the dip stick and just decided to use one out of his old Chevy. Well the Chev's dip stick is just a little longer than the one that went to my car. So it sealed right and looked right but it was reading way off! About 4 qt's off!
So that problem is gone but I have another one. Can I ask you about a emissions related problem? I would just type it right now, but I cant remember the part that keeps giving me trouble. I'll look at it tomorrow and re-post.
