2001 Neon front wheels locked up!!!!

2001 Neon front wheels locked up!!!!

2001 Dodge Neon SE 4 dr 2.0 16V auto tranny. I jacked up the car one side at a time and rotated the tires. Now the front wheels are locked up tight. Engines starts, gear shift lever moves normally, brake pedal feels normal. If I step on the gas a little, there is an ugly metallic sound. I tried to move both front wheels after I jacked the car back up and neither can be budged by hand. What the heck did I do?!

Is it possible someone put aftermarket wheels on it? Sounds like the front wheels are in contact with the calipers.

They look the same (factory plain) but I will pull the rims off this morning since that is the only variable. Normally when you hold the brake pedal down and rev the engine on a front wheel drive car, you don't get the clanging sound like a gear stripping. I can feel the bump when the gear selector hits drive or reverse, so I know it's trying to go.

Sounds to me like an axle popped out when it was lifted.

Front and rear rims don't match!!!!! Did not notice this during the swap. Looks like they are hitting the calipers. Did the 2001 Neon have different rims front and back?
