2000 Chev Tracker 5th gear Noise

My 2000 tracker started making a noise after i shift into 5th gear. it started as a chirp once in awhile now it seems to be a longer squeal that stops immediately if i step on or back off the accelerator. It will not make any noise in any other gear but 5th.

That's a strange one. Can you record the noise and upload it into a video hosting site and then post the link in the forum?
Where does the noise sound like it is coming from?
