Hello, I have a 1998 chev. 2500 Diesel with a 6.5 turbo. The Transmission will not up shift, sometimes the tach. and speedometer is intermittant, will only shift from 1st. gear up to 2nd. and will not shift into high or overdrive. When I drive it sometimes it will shift into high and overdrive. PRNDL dash indicator works all the time, no problems with that.
