1997 Honda Accord AT trans rough shifting and clunking

I've been having some concern with my 1997 Honda Accord transmission lately. It's an automatic 4 SPD, and frequently when it upshifts (not all the time) the transition of gears feel rough and sometimes i hear a knock. Then when it downshifts, I can usually almost every time hear a clunk and/or knock coming from the transmission. The transmission itself had been rebuilt a couple years back, but at the time I wasn't the owner. It has been making noises like I'd explained ever since I got it, which was about a year and a half ago. I'm not sure if it's the transmission itself, or maybe a mount? I'd appreciate any opinions and feedback on this issue.

I'd suspect a mount issue first allowing something to touch that shouldn't,
