1992 Isuzu Rodeo - Can't Shift When Cold

Just had the clutch replaced on my 92 Isuzu Rodeo (4X4, 3.1L, MUA Transmission). When the vehicle is cold I can't get it into reverse, unless I turn the engine off. It then shifts rough until the engine warms up. Guessing it was a hydraulic issue I had the master cylinder and the slave replaced. Same problem... If it is warm outside, or if I warm the vehicle up for 15 minutes, shifting is fine, but every morning when it’s below 60F it’s a struggle to get into reverse and first. Could there be a small amount of air in the hydraulic line that isn't enough to affect things when the car is warm and the fluid expands? But when the fluid is cold could a small amount of air be enough to not allow the clutch to release fully thus making it next to impossible to shift? One more theory is that the transmission was topped off with 90 weight oil instead of 5w30. Could that explain the temperature affect? Any ideas? What is affected by temperature in a clutch system?

I'm saying I had the clutch replaced, it wasn't done by me. I'm trying to trouble shot it now that it isn't working right. Thanks for your input.

A non mechanical suggestion: If you just had it replaced why are you trying to figure out this? Take it back and leave it so it's cold and will demonstrate the problem. If just done why would it need "topping off" with anything? T
