91 bonneville trany problem, goes in reverse and works fine actually got drove 4 miles that way but has no forward gears is there an easy fix or diagnosis!!!

Sure, there's a pretty easy diagnosis. The transmission is cooked and needs to be replaced.
I still can't believe you drove 4 miles in reverse..................
