10/03 honda accord 3.0 5sp auto trans

hello morning when cold shifts great. after 15 mi starts shifting late banging,and flares on up shift also down shifts for no reason.no cods present fluid clean .
overhauled 4 years ago ammco,any sugestions would be helpful thanks

Might need to take it to a trans repair shop and have them run a garage pressure check on it when the transmission fluid is up to operating temperature. As the transmission fluid heats up and becomes thinner any pressure leaks are then modified. This might explain why your symptoms are appearing after 15 miles.
